不同培养方法对牛前体脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响

Abstract:

为优化牛前体脂肪细胞培养方法,本试验通过观察显微镜下细胞形态、噻唑蓝(MTT)法、油红O染色法和RNA质量检测结果,比较组织块培养法、传统消化法和改良消化法培养的牛前体脂肪细胞增殖分化的差异。结果表明:3种方法均能培养出成熟脂肪细胞,细胞形态一致,其中改良消化法极大地缩短了试验样品处理的时间,且细胞形态最好,提取的RNA质量最好。改良消化法是一种快捷、有效的牛前体脂肪细胞培养方法。
