南极磷虾在水产饲料中的应用

Abstract:

南极磷虾不但资源量巨大,而且营养价值丰富,越来越受到世界各国的重视。磷虾在水产饲料方面的应用已经成为磷虾产品的一个最重要的市场,也是触发投资磷虾资源开发的一个主要诱因。本文综述了南极磷虾的生物学特征、资源状况和营养学特性以及在水产饲料中的应用效果,并对其安全性进行了探讨,以期为南极磷虾产品的开发和在水产饲料中的应用提供参考。
