乳清浓缩蛋白在仔猪生产中的应用及其作用机理

Abstract:

乳清浓缩蛋白具有良好的适口性,在提高动物生产性能、增强机体免疫力方面发挥重要功效。本文对乳清浓缩蛋白的营养特征、在猪生产中的应用效果及其作用机理作一综述。
