转Bt基因糙米中外源蛋白质和外源基因在生长猪体内的残留及对组织器官的损伤

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究饲喂转Bt(Bacillusthuringiensis,Bt)基因糙米的生长猪的器官组织及体液中是否有外源蛋白质及外源基因的残留以及其组织器官的生理结构是否受影响。试验选用30头体重为(35.76±2.52)kg的大白生长猪,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组15头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮+70%非转基因糙米;试验组饲喂基础饲粮+70%转Bt基因糙米。试验期90d。结果表明:饲粮中添加转Bt基因糙米的生长猪组织器官的亚显微结构没有发生明显病理变化;通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法也未在生长猪的组织器官、体液及排泄物中检测出外源蛋白质和外源基因的残留。结果提示,转Bt基因糙米以70%的比例添加到饲粮中饲喂生长猪,糙米中的外源基因及表达的外源蛋白质通过动物的消化道会被完全地分解消化,没有在动物体内残留,也未损伤组织器官。
