α-亚麻酸对瘤胃微生物体外发酵特性及其生物氢化中间产物的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究α-亚麻酸对瘤胃微生物体外发酵特性及生物氢化中间产物的影响。采用体外批次培养法,各组分别在培养底物中添加0(CON组)、1.5%(LL组)、3.0%(ML组)、4.5%(HL组)的α-亚麻酸(干物质基础),每组3个重复。结果表明:1)ML组、HL组氨态氮含量及总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丁酸浓度不同程度地低于CON组,丙酸浓度高于CON组。2)随培养时间延长,CON组及LL组顺9,顺12-亚油酸含量下降,其余2组上升,12h时ML组极显著高于CON组和LL组(P<0.01)。3)HL组顺9,反11,顺15-共轭亚麻酸、顺9,反13,顺15-共轭亚麻酸含量在各时间点均极显著高于其他组(P<0.01)。4)ML组、HL组在12h时总共轭亚油酸及总共轭亚麻酸的含量极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。总之,饲粮中添加α-亚麻酸可以改变瘤胃发酵模式,产生多种油酸异构体,促进瘤胃内反11,顺15-亚油酸、共轭亚油酸和共轭亚麻酸的累积,且总共轭亚麻酸与α-亚麻酸存在剂量效应关系。
