投喂频率对异育银鲫高糖、高脂饲料利用的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在探讨限定日投喂率时,投喂频率对异育银鲫高糖、高脂饲料利用的影响。对照组以高蛋白质饲料日投喂2次,HC2、HL2组分别以高糖、高脂饲料日投喂2次,HC4、HL4组分别以高糖、高脂饲料日投喂4次。每组设3个重复,每个重复放养12尾初始体重为(13.18±0.24)g的健康异育银鲫。试验期为7周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,HL4组增重率、特定生长率显著下降(P0.05)。4)除HL4组鱼体粗脂肪含量显著低于HL2组(P0.05)。由此得出,在日投喂率一定的前提下,投喂频率由2次/d增至4次/d降低了异育银鲫对高脂饲料的利用,对高糖饲料的利用无显著影响。
