脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇吸附剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol,DON)污染饲粮中添加DON吸附剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态的影响。选取120头(36±4)日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为3组(每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪),分别为阴性对照(NC)组、DON组(阳性对照)、DON+吸附剂(DON+AD)组,试验期28d。结果表明:1)试验1~14d,DON组较NC组平均日增重(ADG)下降21.24%(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)上升15.15%(P<0.05);DON+AD组较DON组ADG提高17.11%(P<0.05),F/G下降10.53%(P<0.05)。试验15~28d及试验全期各组间ADG和平均日采食量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)DON组较NC组血清总蛋白含量显著下降(P<0.05),葡萄糖含量显著上升(P<0.05),DON+AD组较NC组血清葡萄糖、尿素氮含量显著下降(P<0.05)。3)DON组较NC组血清肌酸激酶、谷丙转氨酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),而加入吸附剂后血清肌酸激酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性则恢复到正常水平。4)DON组较NC组空肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度分别下降21.18%和17.97%(P<0.05),DON+AD组较DON组空肠绒毛高度增加16.49%(P<0.05)。因此,DON污染饲粮降低了试验1~14d断奶仔猪的生长性能,添加DON吸附剂能够改善DON对断奶仔猪生长性能的不利影响,并缓解DON对断奶仔猪所产生的肠道损伤。
