碳酸铅催化二硝酰胺铵的燃烧特性和热分解行为研究

Abstract:

通过燃速测定、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热失重法(TG)研究了碳酸铅(PbCO3)对二硝酰胺铵(ADN)热分解和燃烧性能的影响。在3~12MPa范围内,ADN+5%PbCO3+0.2%石蜡的燃速高于ADN+0.2%石蜡,PbCO3使ADN+0.2%石蜡的麦撒燃烧特性消失。TG和DSC分析表明,PbCO3可以降低ADN的初始热分解温度;ADN+5%PbCO3与纯ADN相同失重时对应两者的温度之差随质量损失增加而减小。动力学分析显示,加入5%PbCO3后,ADN热分解表观活化能降低。分析认为,ADN+5%PbCO3+0.2%石蜡和ADN+0.2%石蜡燃烧特性与其表面的ADN熔化层的特征存在关联。
