硼复合粒子的制备及其性能表征

Abstract:

通过溶剂蒸发、相转移、溶剂/非溶剂等方法,用LiF、AP、纳米铝粉三种物质包覆硼微粒,制得不同的硼复合粒子及推进剂试验样。采用IR、SEM、DTA、TG等手段对复合粒子性能进行了表征。结果表明,硼复合粒子的表面状况有了一定的改善,硼复合粒子与AP混合物的表观分解热从-19.7J·g-1增加到1799.1J·g-1,热失重从52%提高到69.02%;相对于纯硼粉的推进剂,硼复合粒子的推进剂的表观分解热最高提高了12.6%。
