激光敏感起爆药高氯酸·5-肼基四唑汞的合成和性能

Abstract:

以5,5′-偶氮四唑钠为原料,采用盐酸酸化、乙酸钠重结晶的方法得到了5-肼基四唑中间体,5-肼基四唑再与醋酸汞和高氯酸经过配位反应得到了高氯酸·5-肼基四唑汞(HTMP)。利用红外光谱分析仪、能谱分析仪、元素分析仪等表征了其结构,并测定了其热性能。采用兰利法测试了HTMP的激光感度,结果表明,在不掺杂情况下,HTMP50%发火能量为972mJ,高氯酸·四氨·双(5-硝基四唑)合钴(Ⅲ)(BNCP)则不发火;当掺杂5%碳黑后,HTMP50%发火能量为2.56mJ,BNCP为59mJ。HTMP的机械感度与BNCP相当。
