Abstract:

以硝基甲烷、甲醛为原料,采用过硫酸钠、铁氰化钾氧化体系取代传统硝酸银氧化剂,经过缩合、氧化硝化两步反应合成了2,2二硝基1,3丙二醇,全程收率>24.1%,纯度>97%(LC)。通过正交试验研究了氧化硝化过程中氧化体系摩尔数、反应温度、时间等对产物收率的影响,并确定最佳反应条件是:K3Fe(CN)6用量为0.1mol,Na2S2O8为0.25mol,反应温度为-5~0℃,反应时间为4h。
