RDX晶体颗粒聚集体压缩刚度曲线的振荡分析

Abstract:

为考察晶体颗粒压制过程的振荡现象,对三类五种RDX晶体颗粒进行了压缩刚度试验,发现压制曲线的振荡特征与单个颗粒凝聚强度有密切关系。定义并测量了破碎阶段的压制曲线振荡幅值,其中重结晶RDX样品的振荡幅值约为2.4MPa,远高于普通RDX颗粒的1.2MPa,而高品质D-RDX的振荡幅值为4.4MPa,表明D-RDX破碎的许用应力最高,其晶体颗粒凝聚强度得到显著提高。研究表明利用压缩刚度法分析颗粒品质特征还需考虑曲线振荡幅值,同时也表明高品质的晶体颗粒不易通过压制获得较理想的破碎状态。
