N2O5硝解均三嗪衍生物制备RDX

Abstract:

采用绿色硝解剂五氧化二氮(N2O5),在有机介质中硝解三(N-酰基)六氢化均三嗪制备出黑索今(RDX)。考察了溶剂、N2O5用量、反应温度、反应时间对硝解产率的影响。结果表明:以乙腈为溶剂,N2O5与三(N-酰基)六氢化均三嗪摩尔比为5:1,50℃下,反应1h,三(N-乙酰基)六氢化均三嗪和三(N-丙酰基)六氢化均三嗪的硝解产率分别可达63.5%和75.2%。产品通过红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析表征。
