含能粘合剂聚3,3-二硝基丁基丙烯酸酯的合成与性能

Abstract:

以硝基乙烷为原料,经过氧化硝化反应、迈克尔加成反应、酯的水解反应、脱羧溴化反应、亲核加成反应、醇解反应、酯化反应得到了3,3-二硝基丁基丙烯酸酯,并按自由基聚合机理,合成了含能粘合剂聚3,3-二硝基丁基丙烯酸酯。用FTIR、1HNMR、XRD、DSC等方法表征了聚3,3-二硝基丁基丙烯酸酯的结构和性能。结果表明,聚3,3-二硝基丁基丙烯酸酯为无定型结构,玻璃化温度38℃,在250℃下,热失重22%。
