二水合草酸镍对太根药热分解催化的影响

Abstract:

以硝酸镍和草酸为反应物,通过液相共沉淀法制备得到了二水合草酸镍(NiC2O4·2H2O),利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪、元素分析、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和热分析(TG-DTG)实验对产物进行了表征和分析,并通过热分析-质谱(TG-MS)联用技术研究了其对太根药热分解催化的影响。结果发现,产物结构中含有两个结晶水,化学式为NiC2O4·2H2O。产物分散性较好,平均粒径为15.97μm。TG-DTG实验发现,NiC2O4·2H2O在180~250℃范围内失去两个结晶水,继续升温则发生无水草酸镍的分解反应。TG-MS结果显示,加入2%的NiC2O4·2H2O可促进太根药的热分解过程,并加快热分解气体产物的生成。对气体产物的离子流强度曲线进行积分,发现催化剂的加入明显增加了气体产物中HCHO的含量。
