RDX-CMDB推进剂激光点火特性

Abstract:

采用CO2激光点火的方法研究了双基推进剂SQ-2和RDX-CMDB推进剂在不同热流密度作用下的点火特性,探讨了RDX含量、Al粉和燃烧催化剂对RDX-CMDB推进剂点火性能的影响。实验结果表明,SQ-2和RDX-CMDB推进剂(含Al粉的配方除外)的点火延迟时间随热流密度增加而递减,且热流密度较高时,点火延迟时间变化趋缓。RDX-CMDB推进剂中RDX含量、Al粉和催化剂对其点火延迟时间的影响与热流密度大小有关。在较低热流密度(51.5W·cm-2)时,除Al粉使推进剂的点火延迟时间变长以外,其他组分对点火延迟时间的影响则不大;在较高热流密度(102W·cm-2和153W·cm-2)时,试样的点火延迟时间随着RDX含量的增加而变长,Al粉和催化剂的加入对点火过程和点火延迟时间均有较大影响。
