含CL-20改性双基推进剂的性能

Abstract:

从物理化学性能、安全性能、燃烧性能和内弹道性能四个方面对含六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)的改性双基推进剂(CMDB)——CL-20/CMDB进行了研究。燃烧性能的测试表明,在6~20MPa下,CL-20/CMDB较RDX/CMDB推进剂的燃速高2.5~8.94mm·s-1,其压强指数为0.28(10~20MPa);物理化学性能测试表明,与RDX/CMDB推进剂相比,CL-20/CMDB推进剂具有更高的密度、爆热和比容,其密度、爆热和比容分别为1.76g·cm-3、5034J·g-1和658L·kg-1;安全性能测试表明,CL-20/CMDB与RDX/CMDB推进剂相比,其化学安定性相当,撞击感度较低,但摩擦感度较高,达到了100%。内弹道性能测试表明,CL-20/CMDB推进剂在Φ36发动机中的比冲可以达到2226.1N·s·kg-1(227s),比RDX/CMDB推进剂的比冲高15.1~39.4N·s·kg-1。
