炸药跌落响应数值模拟分析

Abstract:

炸药跌落中可能出现起爆、点火和破碎三种响应,对炸药响应状态计算分析,能够为炸药安全性分析和评价提供依据,为炸药的安全防护提供指导。本研究建立了炸药spigot跌落试验的计算模型,分别对高感度的JO-9159炸药和低感度的PBXC03炸药的跌落过程进行了数值模拟分析,采用点火增长反应速率方程描述炸药起爆过程,采用炸药热力耦合和自热反应模型计算炸药点火温度,网格分离方法描述炸药破碎。计算得到了与试验结果相符的炸药反应临界跌落速度阈值范围,并给出了炸药内部温度变化和变形破碎情况。
