含TNAD改性双基推进剂的燃烧性能和热行为

Abstract:

用燃速测试法和高压差示扫描量热(PDSC)法研究了含1,4,5,8-四硝基-1,4,5,8-四氮杂萘烷(TNAD)改性双基推进剂的燃烧性能和热行为。结果表明,用等质量的TNAD替代黑索今(RDX),在9~22MPa范围内推进剂燃速均明显增加,且增幅均大于9%,在9~15MPa,燃速平均提高约3mm·s-1。燃速压强指数在9~15MPa从0.26降至0.18,但在17~22MPa范围内,燃速压强指数从0.10略有升高,为0.14。PDSC分析认为,双基组分(硝化棉NC/硝化甘油NG)与TNAD间存在强烈的相互作用,使二者分解速率加快,放热量增加,利于提高推进剂燃速。
