VESF材料与结构参数对JPC成型影响的数值模拟

Abstract:

采用非线性动力学分析软件AUTODYN-2D数值仿真分析了VESF对聚能杆式射流(JPC)成型的影响,获得了不同VESF材料、形状(K字形,矩形,三角形)及其与主装药间距下侵彻体成型的仿真结果。结果表明,随着VESF材料密度的增加及其与主装药间距的增大,主装药起爆点由中心逐渐向外过渡;不同横断面形状的VESF也可形成不同的起爆方式,K字形与矩形时为点起爆,三角形时为面起爆。在本研究条件下,VESF材料为钢,横断面为K字型与主装药距离为6mm的,JPC成型效果最佳。
