发射装药破碎程度表征方法研究

Abstract:

为定量表征发射装药的破碎程度, 引入了动态活度比和起始动态活度比的概念。采用密闭爆发器内燃气状态方程, 推导出:动态活度比即为破碎发射装药与相应未破碎发射装药的燃烧表面积比, 起始动态活度比即为破碎发射装药与相应未破碎发射装药初始时刻的燃烧表面积之比。用三种均为花边19孔仅长度不同(13.6, 10, 5 mm)的发射药进行了密闭爆发器试验。获得了不同长度发射药的p-t曲线。处理p-t曲线得到相应发射装药的起始动态活度比。根据几何形状通过计算获得不同长度的发射药的初始表面积, 从而获得发射装药的起始动态活度比。结果表明, 起始动态活度比的试验结果接近理论计算值, 误差仅为1.8852%, 说明发射装药起始动态活度比可以定量表征破碎发射装药的破碎程度
