RDX炸药热烤(Cook-off)实验及数值模拟

Abstract:

对一种改性的RDX炸药进行了热烤实验。应用热传导理论对实验中炸药的热作用过程进行了分析,并通过软件PHOENICS3.3对RDX在热烤过程中的热响应情况进行了模拟。结果表明,在环境温度较低时,RDX受热发生分解,所放出的热量可以及时地散失到环境中,从而不发生爆炸。环境温度较高时,药柱的边沿受热形成局部高温,导致热点火,使药剂发生爆炸。
