装药内球形孔隙随加载率变形特性的数值模拟

Abstract:

装药内孔隙是引发炸药膛炸的根本原因,用固液混合炸药作为介质来填充战斗部,其装药内部比固态炸药易形成孔隙,孔隙体积的变化直接决定孔隙内的温度,所以研究孔隙的变形特性对发射安全性有重要意义。运用ANSYS软件建立战斗部装药孔隙模型,采用LS-DYNA流固耦合分析方法对球形孔隙进行数值模拟,研究孔隙压力和相对体积的变化对孔隙内温度的影响。得到在载荷作用下孔隙边界的压力变化;随着加载率的增大,同一时刻,孔隙相对体积变小;当加至最大载荷,再持续施加恒载荷,孔隙的边界压力和相对体积变化非常缓慢;研究了在载荷作用下孔隙的形变过程.
