基于修正时间硬化理论的PBX蠕变模型

Abstract:

对比分析了现有的PBX蠕变模型,提出运用基于修正时间硬化理论来模拟机械加工过程中的蠕变行为,该模型有紧凑的数学表达式和较少的待定参数。为验证模型的有效性,选取以奥克托今(HMX)为基的PBX进行常温条件下的压缩蠕变试验并进行了模型研究,确定了全部模型参数。采用有限元软件对圆柱体压缩试样的压缩蠕变实验进行仿真。理论分析以及有限元数值仿真表明该模型用于仿真计算时,其结果与试验获得蠕变数据相当吻合,可以运用于PBX部件加工的形位变化仿真。
