炸药浇铸成型过程超声监测研究

Abstract:

利用超声透射方法对熔黑梯炸药在保温和自然冷却两种工艺条件下的凝固过程进行了超声监测。结果表明,底部位置的超声波幅明显大于中部和上部,说明炸药浇铸的底部质量最好;在炸药浇铸凝固相同位置保温条件比自然冷却下超声波幅强,说明保温工艺有利于控制炸药浇铸质量。
