PBX一维动态拉伸性能实验研究

Abstract:

合理选择输入杆、输出杆长度和合适的应变片贴片位置,以实现拉伸应力波。利用PBX压缩强度远大于拉伸强度的性质,不采用承压环,在反射式霍普金森拉杆(SHTB)上对采用与铝杆端面粘接的PBX动态拉伸样品进行动态拉伸性能测试。结果显示,TATB基炸药的动态拉伸强度,在30s-1应变率下动态拉伸强度达到了13MPa,远高于准静态下的拉伸强度7MPa。采用扫描电镜对样品细微破坏形貌进行了观察,结果表明,由于动静态下裂纹不同发展方式和动态下温升使粘结剂发生了软化,准静态下的拉伸破坏模式和动态下的模式明显不同,准静态下是沿晶断裂和穿晶断裂共存,动态拉伸下属于粘结剂脱粘破坏。
