杂质晶型对AlH3样品稳定性和安全性影响的研究

Abstract:

α′、β、γ晶型的三氢化铝(AlH3)是乙醚法合成α-AlH3的常见伴生晶型,它们会影响α-AlH3的热力学稳定性和安全性。在常温存储条件,经历约650d后,γ晶型使得AlH3的分解率由2.13%上升到5.15%。通过撞击、摩擦、静电火花感度测试,含有其他晶型的α-AlH3比纯净α-AlH3的摩擦感度和静电火花感度均有不同程度的增加,其中对静电感度影响较大,与晶型较好的α晶型AlH3相比其E50数值相差约5-10倍。
