钝感炸药散心爆轰驱动平板飞片研究

Abstract:

散心爆轰和滑移爆轰驱动规律研究可以获得钝感炸药的反应区和反应产物状态方程的信息。根据特定结构的大板试验研究TATB基钝感炸药和HMX基高聚物粘结炸药散心爆轰驱动平板飞片的运动规律,结合试验数据通过理论分析和数值计算,研究了爆轰产物的JWL状态方程参数。结果表明,随着测点半径的增加,飞层的有效药量则有所加大,表现为测点半径大的位置飞层终速更高;利用大板试验标定的爆轰产物的JWL状态方程参数可以较好地再现大板实验结果,也能较好地重现圆筒实验结果。因此标定炸药爆轰产物的状态方程时,对飞片初期运动最好采用激光速度干涉仪(VISAR)测试结果,对飞片中后期的运动可以同时采用VISAR和高速扫描结果。
