新型粉状铵油炸药实验研究

Abstract:

为解决当前粉状铵油炸药爆速略低的问题,选用C—O—H燃料作还原剂与硝酸铵水溶液、表面活性剂在减压条件下脱水干燥,研磨过筛,得到新型粉状铵油炸药,分析了表观形貌和热稳定性能,并对其机械感度进行了测试,研究了装药密度对爆速的影响,对新燃料提高粉状铵油炸药爆速的原因进行了分析。结果表明,该炸药混合均匀,热稳定性好,在密度0.86g·cm-3时,爆速达到4400m·s-1,远超过目前使用的粉状铵油炸药爆速,认为由于新燃料中羰基可能与硝酸铵存在氢键作用,导致爆速上升。
