1,1,1-三叠氮甲基乙烷合成与性能研究

Abstract:

以三羟甲基乙烷为原料,经磺化、叠氮化等反应合成了新型含能化合物1,1,1-三叠氮甲基乙烷(TMETA)。采用红外光谱、核磁共振及元素分析对其结构进行了鉴定;同时优化了叠氮化反应条件,确定最佳叠氮化反应条件为:反应温度105~110℃,料比4.5:1,反应时间48h,总收率为92.25%,纯度达99%以上。测得TMETA的一些性能如下:ρ=1.18g·cm-3,Tp(DSC)=252.7℃,摩擦感度为20%,撞击感度为31.6cm。
