某桥丝电雷管抗高过载性能检测与加固设计

Abstract:

霍普金森压杆试验装置与X射线CT层析用于评价抗高过载条件下桥丝电雷管的性能。由试验结果得到了失效模式与易损特性。通过材料优选、结构优化与加固、过渡装药固化,设计了结构加固的桥丝电雷管。结果表明,加固设计后的桥丝电雷管可承受加速度≥105g和宽度约为100μs的脉冲冲击。高加速冲击后电雷管性能和结构基本无变化,提高了桥丝电雷管的抗高加速过载能力。
