卡托辛对高氯酸铵热分解动力学的影响

Abstract:

采用DSC、TG法研究了高氯酸铵(AP)和高氯酸铵/卡托辛(Catocene)两个体系的热分解行为,分别采用Ozawa和Kissinger方法计算了热分解反应的活化能Ea1、Ea2、Ea3和指前因子lnA1、lnA2、lnA3等动力学参数。结果表明,加入卡托辛后,DSC曲线在180℃附近多出一个放热峰,归属于卡托辛的氧化放热,AP低、高温分解表观活化能分别降低了13.2,7.1kJ·mol-1。利用Satava-Sestak方法确定了两体系热分解的机理函数,同时探讨了卡托辛对高氯酸铵分解促进作用的机理。
