纳米硝化纤维素的制备及性能表征

Abstract:

采用静电纺丝技术制备了硝化棉纳米纤维,确定了硝化纤维素纺丝液溶剂体系的组成。优化了静电纺丝工艺参数。研究结果表明,体积比为11的丙酮/乙醇混合液可作为制备硝化棉静电纺丝液的溶剂;优化得到的纺丝工艺条件为:纺丝电压14kV,纺丝液浓度9%,纺丝液流量0.1mL·h-1,接受距离22cm,在该优化的工艺条件下可得到平均直径为80nm的硝化棉纳米纤维。静电纺丝没有改变硝化纤维素的分子链结构,纳米硝化纤维素的分解热为1835.80J·g-1,高于纺丝前硝化纤维素的分解热。
