一种直列式传爆序列的装药传爆性能试验研究

Abstract:

为了研究直列式传爆序列的传爆性能,设计了一种以冲击片雷管起爆Ⅱ型六硝基茋(HNS-Ⅱ)传爆药盒和聚黑苯-1(JHB-1)扩爆药柱的直列式传爆序列试验装置。对试验用冲击片雷管的输出能力进行了试验分析,并对直列式传爆序列在低温、常温下的传爆性能进行了试验验证。结果表明:在此试验装置条件下,冲击片雷管在≤8mm的传爆间隙条件下,能可靠起爆裸装钝感JHB-1扩爆药柱;在-40℃低温、常温状态以及拉大传爆间隙的状态下,冲击片雷管能可靠起爆HNS-Ⅱ传爆药盒;直列式传爆序列冲击片雷管—HNS-Ⅱ传爆药盒—JHB-1扩爆药柱能够可靠传爆。
