有机酸优化FOX-7的合成

Abstract:

以盐酸乙脒和丙二酸二乙酯为原料,通过缩合、硝化、水解合成了1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(FOX-7),经IR,MS,NMR鉴定了产物结构。硝化过程中加入有机溶剂,并优化了工艺条件。浓硫酸与反应物的摩尔比为91,有机溶剂与浓硫酸体积比为1:1,反应时间为3h,反应温度为10℃时收率最高,收率为89.6%。
