铝纳米粒子的液相化学还原法制备与表征

Abstract:

分别以聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚乙二醇二甲醚(NHD)作为分散稳定剂,均三甲苯作溶剂,通过氢化铝锂还原氯化铝,用液相化学还原法制备铝纳米粒子(AlNPs)。采用激光粒度分析(LPSA)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TG)研究了AlNPs的粒度、形貌、尺寸、成分、结构特点及活性等。结果表明:PEG作分散稳定剂制备的PEG/AlNPs平均粒径可达67.7nm,但分散性较差;当NHD与AlNPs的质量比为1.11时,制得的NHD/AlNPs平均粒径为23.4nm;AlNPs属立方晶系,表面包覆有分散稳定剂。
