环形聚能装药水射流成型过程的数值研究

Abstract:

为了研制快速、易携带的水射流排爆装置,采用AUTODYN软件对TNT、水、塑料构成的特殊形状聚能装药结构进行了二维数值模拟,计算了不同炸药厚度下水射流形成过程,得到了水射流形状随时间的变化规律,分析了炸药厚度对射流速度的影响。结果表明:该聚能装药结构是可行的,能够按照设想形成杵状射流;水射流的头部速度和平均速度均随炸药的厚度增加而提高。对于本研究给出的装置结构,当炸药的厚度为4~6mm时,水射流的头部速度范围为861~1182m·s-1,射流的平均速度范围为393~571m·s-1,射流的速度满足理论计算的排爆要求。
