ZrO2和ZrB2在螺压双基推进剂中的应用

Abstract:

研究了ZrO2和ZrB2对螺压NC/NG/炭黑和铜盐/铅盐/其它助剂(57.0/33.0/0.7/2.0/7.3)混合物制成的双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响,用稳态燃烧火焰照片和燃烧区温度波分布揭示了它们的作用机理。结果表明,分别采用ZrO2和ZrB2代替部分铅铜催化剂后,推进剂7MPa下的燃速最大可增加73%和41%,其低压燃烧平台移向7MPa以上,并拓宽至13MPa。并且随着ZrO2和ZrB2粒度的减小,催化推进剂的燃烧速度增大,表明ZrO2和ZrB2对螺压双基推进剂的燃烧有良好的催化效果。
