熔铸炸药加压凝固过程研究

Abstract:

自主设计了熔铸炸药加压凝固过程实验装置,研究了0.6MPa外加压力条件和常压条件下RDX/TNT60/40及硝酸钡/微晶蜡60/40凝固过程中不同位置温度变化及冷却速率。常压条件下RDX/TNT60/40凝固点为77℃,0.6MPa外加压力条件下凝固点为83℃,加压条件下相转移点温度升高,各测试点冷却速率高于常压条件,整体凝固时间缩短50min。硝酸钡/微晶蜡60/40凝固过程中没有相变点,0.6MPa外加压力条件下冷却速率高于常压条件。RDX/TNT60/40浇注效果表明,加压凝固成型工艺能有效消除熔铸炸药药柱的缩孔缺陷。
