椭圆形罩LSC侵彻钢锭试验与三维数值模拟

Abstract:

为了获得椭圆形罩线型聚能装药(LSC)射流侵彻钢锭的特点和规律,采用实际切割试验和三维数值模拟(ANSYS/LS-DYNA)相结合的方法对椭圆形罩线性聚能装药射流侵彻钢锭过程的特点和规律进行了研究。结果表明,切割深度随炸高的增加先增加后下降,在一定炸高范围内表现出对炸高的不敏感性,最佳炸高为60mm;随着炸高的增加,侵彻钢锭横断面形状的底部宽度从55mm增至75mm,中间的侵彻深度从70mm增至84mm,两端的侵彻深度从40mm增至70mm,切口剖面形状更趋于平缓;数值模拟获得的侵彻结果与切割试验获得的结果基本一致。该三维数值计算模型可以用来模拟实际的切割器,获得的切割钢锭的特点和规律能够较好地反映实际切割过程。
