熔融法分离废弃梯黑铝炸药中的TNT

Abstract:

分离回收是废弃炸药再利用的前期工序。利用梯黑铝炸药中梯恩梯(TNT)、黑索今(RDX)和铝(Al)粉三种组分的熔点差异,以水为加热介质,加热废弃梯黑铝炸药熔化TNT,通过压差过滤,将熔融TNT从废弃TNT/RDX/Al炸药中进行分离。结果表明,以水为加热介质、采用压差过滤,可提高分离过程的安全性和效率。TNT的回收率达76.2%,回收TNT的纯度为94.46%。熔化过程的DSC曲线峰温为81.0℃。回收TNT中的主要杂质是低共熔体系TNT-RDX中的RDX。
