偶氮四唑钾的合成表征及其对枪口烟焰的抑制

Abstract:

以5-氨基四唑为原料,碱性条件下氧化得到偶氮四唑钾(PZT)。采用红外、元素分析等对其进行了表征,其化合物分子式为C2N10K2·3H2O。热重分析和差示扫描量热分析表明,PZT在315~350K范围内,发生吸热反应,失去结晶水,在539.3K时,出现最大放热峰。将PZT作为消焰剂用于发射药装药中,在初速912m·s-1,膛压279.4MPa,PZT含量为2%的装药条件下,采用高速摄影和烟箱法测试了枪口烟焰。结果表明,与制式消焰剂硫酸钾相比,PZT可使枪口火焰面积减少71.4%,火焰温度降低400℃,且枪口烟雾较小,具有良好的抑制枪口烟焰效果。
