集束钨丝壳体材料特性参数对PELE作用性能影响的数值模拟

Abstract:

为克服目前普遍采用的钨合金壳体横向效应增强型侵彻体(PELE)侵彻能力不足、靶后破片形状与数量不可控、横向毁伤效果不理想等不足,采用集束钨丝制作PELE壳体,并对其穿甲过程进行了数值模拟。与钨合金壳体PELE的作用效果进行对比,发现集束钨丝壳体PELE的侵彻能力和横向毁伤性能均优于钨合金壳体PELE;在本研究所采用PELE结构条件下,钨丝直径取0.5~1mm、体积分数取40%~60%、粘结相选用镍铁合金时,集束钨丝壳体PELE综合毁伤能力较好。
