一种柔性线同步起爆网络的设计与实验研究

Abstract:

为了减小柔性同步起爆网络设计时分束转换接头的尺寸,保证爆轰波输出同步性和导爆索与转换接头之间的连接强度,提出了一种导爆索分束方法,设计加工了外观尺寸为Φ5mm×6mm的转换接头,加工了“一入二出”和“一入四出“线同步起爆网络原理样机,进行了爆轰波输出时间同步性测试和同步性偏差分析。研究结果表明,小尺寸转换接头作用可靠;“一入二出”和“一入四出”线同步起爆网络的爆轰波输出同步性偏差分别为不超过34ns和不超过73ns;分束转换接头间的传爆药柱-导爆索界面差异影响爆轰波输出同步性。
