高效液相色谱法检测多硝基金刚烷

Abstract:

多硝基金刚烷类化合物是合成药物和含能材料重要的前体。建立了2, 2-二硝基金刚烷及2, 2, 4, 4, 8, 8-六硝基金刚烷的高效液相色谱分析方法, 并讨论了不同检测器、流动相、色谱柱等条件对二者分离的影响, 得到二者的最佳分离色谱条件:色谱柱, DIONEX C18 (5 μm, 120 A, 4.6 mm×250 mm), 流动相为乙腈/水(80 /20, V/V), 流速为1.0 mL·min-1, 柱温25 ℃, 检测器为紫外检测器, 检测波长为220 nm。采用上述方法, 得到2, 2-二硝基金刚烷检测限为0.003 mg·mL-1, 线性范围为0.005~1.000 mg·mL-1, 线性相关系数0.9987, 精密度是1.382%; 2, 2, 4, 4, 8, 8-六硝基金刚烷检测限为0.001 mg·mL-1, 线性范围为0.005~1.000 mg·mL-1, 线性相关系数0.9984, 精密度是1.300%
