薄钢壳回转体轴向磁化状态分析

Abstract:

潜艇壳体、弹药壳体等薄钢壳回转体的半径和壁厚逐渐变化,且两端闭合,其轴向磁化状态的高精度建模非常困难.提出了一种锥环单元计算公式,精确划分这些轴对称薄钢壳回转体的实际结构只需要少量的锥环单元,采用一维积分方程法实现了其轴向磁化状态的高精度快速建模.空心薄壁钢球壳磁特征的验证计算表明,所提出的方法的计算值与解析值之间相对误差为1.2%.简易船模磁特征的验证计算表明,所提出的方法的计算值与实测值非常吻合.并且上述计算过程分别只划分了100个锥环单元,便于工程实践中的应用.
