低速高压共轨柴油机喷油规律计算

Abstract:

针对大型低速高压共轨柴油机的燃油喷射压力高、油量大,目前没有仪器可直接测量其喷油规律等问题,提出了通过试验测量喷油压力、气缸压力以及建立喷油器模型计算喷油规律的方法.使用AMESim计算软件建立柴油机多孔喷油器模型;在RT??Flex 60C型柴油机高压共轨系统硬件在环(HIL)仿真试验台上,测量不同工况下高压油管出口压力并输入模型,计算得到针阀升程、喷油器喷油率、喷油器单孔喷油率和压力等特征曲线,以及180 s的喷油量和泄漏油量.结果表明,计算的针阀升程曲线与仿真试验台实测曲线基本吻合,180 s喷油量和泄漏油量与实机实测值基本一致.
