船用大功率减速器封闭试验台加载装置

Abstract:

为解决船用大功率减速器传动效率试验台形成封闭功率流的问题,实现在高速转动的转子内部动态施加力矩,提出了一种新型串入式力矩加载装置的设计方案.设计了由永磁直流电机驱动,谐波减速机构和行星轮系串联的两级减速装置,通过轴端集流环对转子内部加载装置提供电能,在加载装置封闭端之间产生大力矩,保证了试验台在高速转动下实现动态加载.以80 000 N?m施载力矩为例,研究了加载装置的反程自锁性和加载装置的能耗问题,并对加载装置进行了动态试验,通过试验结果,确定了加载装置的动态加载理想区域,验证了此加载方法的可行性.??
