纳米材料对发射药的影响及身管延寿作用

Abstract:

为了提高武器身管的使用寿命,以某型号枪用双基球扁发射药为研究载体,对纳米材料在发射药中的添加方法进行了研究,并研究了纳米材料对发射药的制造工艺、内弹道、抗烧蚀性、燃烧完全性及燃烧性能等特性的影响,制备了满足内弹道指标的含纳米材料的发射药.进行了使用含纳米材料发射药和制式发射药的身管高、低、常温全寿命及超寿命对比实验,对实验结果进行了分析,表明纳米材料添加到发射药中改善了发射药的抗烧蚀性能,延长了身管使用寿命.
