高层建筑气动消防炮结构研究与动力学分析

Abstract:

为了解决高层建筑消防问题,提出了采用气动发射灭火弹方式的高层建筑消防炮方案.研究探讨了气动发射式高层建筑消防炮的工作机理,对消防炮的发射机构进行了详细的研究设计.研究中采用了伴随管式发射方式,解决了高压空气发射击发时需要瞬态达到膛内发射全压的难题.利用有限元方法对伴随管强度及撞击过程进行了分析, 对击发和发射过程进行了运动学和动力学分析解算.计算分析结果验证了结构方案的可行性.
